We currently ship to addresses within Australia and Worldwide. If you are located outside of these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us to explore possible arrangements.

**Processing Time:**
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods such as holidays or sales. 

There are times that, our brand will be running pre-order drops. That means that if you place a pre-order, your orders may take 4-6 weeks after the site close is close due to the manufacturer's production times. But of course, our brand will be posting stories on our Instagram to keep you notified about your order. Or feel free to send us an email or a dm on Instagram, and we will be happy to keep you updated about your orders. 


**Shipping Rates:**
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before making your payment.

**Shipping Methods:**
We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Normally it will take 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: Normally 10-14 business days. *PLEASE NOTE, that this is only an estimated time and it might change depending on where you live*.

**Order Tracking:**

**International Shipping:**
For International Shipping, please note that shipping fees may apply as you go through the check outs.

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can to resolve the issue.
